Old Oia, Greece, is going to be the next location that "Santorini villas" is planning to expand to.

14 Oia Santorini villas, all caldera villas are planned to undergo renovation in the region of Old Oia. The philosophy behind these caldera villas will be the combination of the awesome Oia Santorini caldera views and traditional authenticity intertwined with luxurious modern comforts.

Each of these Oia Santorini villas will act as an autonomous, individual house. Spacious, yet exacting, each caldera villa will feature one bedroom, sitting room area and terrace with private Jacuzzi overlooking the caldera.

These Oia Santorini villas will also come complete with all modern facilities (modern bathrooms, hairdryers, satellite plasma TV, DVD players etc). Divine havens for peace and relaxation, the sentiment of Oia, Greece will resonate throughout these caldera villas through antique furniture.

Originally, sea faring captains lived in these houses and the renovation is going to reflect this. Old Oia detailing will be painstakingly adhered to and these Oia Santorini houses will be as close in form as they were 300 years ago using traditional techniques and donkeys to carry the building materials. As with our other properties, these houses will be guided by a Feng Shui consultant.

Autonomy will largely feature in these Oia, Greece properties, in keeping with the other villas and mansions throughout the island.
